Wednesday Write-Up: Celebrations and Congratulations...

Wow - what a week (or 2)!

First of all we were strutting our nappies at The Scottish Baby Show in Glasgow. The Team were a little bit gutted when the volcanic ash struck because they thought we wouldn't get to go but thank God for boats! We jumped on deck and had so much fun sailing over to Scotland and back. Not nearly as much fun however as we had chatting to all the Scottish mums and dads who just couldn't get enough of our nappies. We heard a few horror stories from grannies about the terrible terry nappies from the past and we were so happy to see their enthusiasm for bumGenius, Flip and Econobum. We also had LOTS of visits from mums who met us last year at the show - they couldn't wait to get back to see us to tell us how much they love their bumGenius and to show off their little one with their gorgeous bumGenius bum! The Flip temptation however was just too much for some of them and they just had to get their hands on a sneaky stash...
we wont tell anyone ;)

Next up it was Real Nappy Week. As real nappy fanatics we were literally counting the days until RNW arrived. We celebrated on Facebook by giving away stacks of real nappies to competition winners and everyone could get 20% off real nappies and accessories from our online shop. A huge thanks to all of our loyal Facebook fans who entered the competitions. Big congratulations to winners: Angie Davie, Rhiannon Guard, Pip O'Brien, Karen Phillips and Emily Keenan. This week it's champagne time in the office as we celebrate the birthdays of Trixie + Terrance from the Trunki family - we're sending heaps of Baba Me kisses their way as well as running a Facebook competition where you can WIN a Trixie or Terrance Trunki of your very own!
