Baba Me competition

As many of you know, Mrs Baba Me has been off on her travels. The last week was spent at the ABC baby show in Kentucky - checking out many cool baby products.

So to win a £10 baba me voucher, just simply tell us what must have baby product baba me should have that we don't have already!

It can be anything for babies which we currently do not stock, but you think we should! You can enter as many times as you like! Will pick the best tomorrow at 12.

Have fun....

It would be cool to sell some of the stuff made by wahm to give them a platform to get more mainstream exposure (can see how practicalities are difficult) would be cool to be a launch pad for some budding new businesses (not in direct competition as that would be daft) you could have working mum of the month!
(I'm not a wahm by the way I'm about as creative as a dog!)

Wool soakers for night time. Pretty female sanitary wear to try to tempt me to be even more green. Breast feeding scarves and also those necklace things for the baby to play with whilst feeding as my son tore my neck to pieces. Natural lip balms like gwdihw. I could probably think of loads more things but pregnancy brain is setting in at this time of night :)

Amber teething products and teething necklaces for mums to wear that look like funky jewelery but sooth teething babies

A better selection of wetbags.

Also how about gift sets for new mums/babies/mums to be. Made up of the best products for whatever reason rather than just one brand. Or allowing people to make their own up like a pick n mix. Not all my favorite products are one brand

I would love to see some special treats for new mums and mums to be - such as perineum massage oil, stretch mark butter and sprays or tea to help with morning sickness. I've had to source the above elsewhere, which makes me a sad Baba Me fan indeed!

On the theme of being off on travels, I'd also love to see some story books aimed at educating kids about the world. We're hoping our little one will have the desire to travel as much as we do, so we're planning on reading him/her lots of stories about other countries and cultures. We'll have a big, fun map of the world up on a wall somewhere for us all to point at, so if you could sell the map too that'd be ace. Thanks!

Washable wipes
Washable sanitary pads
Bum cream you can actually use with cloth nappies
Sample sets where you include one of each nappy including flip training pants and one of each of flip inserts include disposable plus a washable liner, wipe, pack of detergent (small!) and wet bag.
Lana wool breast pads.

Daisy Root baby shoes from Northampton (my home town so great to see these selling everywhere as they are wonderful and stay on all day)

Or Pure potion dry skin cream as cleared up my sons Eczema, all natural and hard to get hold off.

Breastfeeding tops - it would be great to get tops at low cost as changing size all the time so keep having to buy new

I've always been a bit surprised that you don't sell anything from the 'Green Baby' range. Their clothes are perfect for cloth nappies because of the extra room in the bottom area, plus the lovely organic fabric is so soft and cuddly. Would really love to see you stock some of this range.
Sophia said…
This is gonna sound bonkers, and I might be alone on this, but I would really love to see more toys such as cuddly fruit and veg. 'Under the Nile' do a fab teething range - similar to the vegetable basket you sell by Haba, but with little faces on them, and made of Organic fabrics. I used to love setting up a market when I was a kid, so that's the sort of thing I'll be looking to buy for our little one.
