It's just so typically normal when in pregnancy first to wonder all about your DIET and what is going to happen once you start BREASTFEEDING! There can be so many questions flying around that it's good to know who and what to turn to. We at BABA ME - have been evolving our Natural Baby Resource Centre over the past month with loads of feedback from customers on our mother and baby classes which are a proving to be a roaring success. Next week see's the first of our Nutrition Class with Miriam our in house Nutritionist. Eating healthily and safely is important, no matter which stage of pregnancy you're at.
